I wrote a very detailed letter including my photographs and reports to BENSONS SHOP, BENSONS CUSTOMER SERVICES, BENSONS MANAGING DIRECTOR ( for his personal attention ) SEALY ( who do not want to know and refer you back to Bensons ) THE FINANCE COMPANY, TRADING STANDARDS. In their report they said all we can do now is get an independant report at our own expense because asfar as they are concerned there is nothing wrong with the bed. Lumps, ridges, sleeping on a slope, overheating, terrible backache both lower and across shoulders are all features of this bed. I would suggest that you do not buy a Sealy because they are probably still selling the sydney but under a different name.
